You will be required to lead a team of groundkeepers to maintain and improve the landscapes, buildings and facilities around The McCallum Residence® and across two other properties on the wider Lismore Farm, making sure that each property always looks perfect.
The successful applicant will need to be able to show initiative, prioritizing jobs and planning daily/weekly/monthly tasks. Day to day people management skills are essential.
The health and safety of employees and guests is paramount and will be an overriding responsibility.
Lead a team of ground’s staff to maintain and improve three adjoining coastal properties in the Clevedon region owned by The McCallum Group®.
Writing daily/weekly/monthly task sheets.
Organising the interior and exterior cleaning of buildings on a daily basis, as well as performing additional cleaning tasks. eg cleaning of spa pools, rubbish bins etc
Organising regular maintenance programmes for buildings, infrastructure and equipment.
Maintain landscape and garden areas by mowing, planting, trimming trees and bushes, and fertilizing and spraying.
Maintain a high level of pest control.
Ordering supplies and equipment required to carry out Property Maintenance and Development.
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
Minimum five-year experience in Property Management, Grounds Keeping, or similar roles.
Be honest and reliable.
Ability to work independently and lead a wider team.
Able to communicate effectively with staff and guests/visitors to the facility
