FOOD TRUCK SUPERSTAR WANTED!

We’re looking for a Food Truck Superstar to join our team Friday – Monday!

(20-25 hours per week)

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organised, energetic, takes pride in great food and knows how to keep a busy food operation running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Stock ordering & inventory management
• Stock rotation and maintaining excellent food quality
• Staff rostering, management & training
• Leading the team and keeping service running smoothly
• Upholding food safety, health & safety standards and procedures
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and customer service
• Taking ownership of the day-to-day food truck operation

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong leadership and communication skills
• Is reliable, organised and proactive
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience in hospitality, food service or kitchen management
• Can confidently lead a team and take responsibility
• Brings great energy and a “let’s get it done” attitude!
